Sticky Honey Garlic Chicken

- 1 package frozen chicken tenders
- 1/3 c. honey
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. orange juice
- kosher salt
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- Preheat oven according to instructions on chicken tenders package. Bake chicken tenders for minimum time suggested.
- Meanwhile, make the honey garlic sauce. In a medium-sized saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, garlic and orange juice over medium-high heat, whisking to combine. Add salt, and once it starts to simmer, add cornstarch. Let the sauce bubble and reduce, stirring continuously, 2 to 3 minutes.
- Toss chicken tenders in the sauce until coated. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and cook 3 to 4 minutes more. Serve warm.
